"I have been with USAA for over 20 years. I have had several instances where they made errors and I had to spend hours on the phone cleaning it up. An associate introduced me to Courtney about 6 months ago. Last week after the most recent fail, I decided to reach out to Courtney for help. I assumed I would have to go to progressive since I have a 16 year old. To my surprise Courtney saved me 200 per month on my auto policy and 600 a year on my home policy!! He got me all set up and now I have an agent I trust to handle errors as they come up. Errors happen, we are human.
